
Had my last training run last Sunday - 17km in 2 hours, or 8.5km/h and that includes walking!
Route was from Jalan Eunos to NSRCC and ending at Maccas.
Hopefully, I'll average 8km/h at least this Sunday.
Apparently Tampines isn't too far from my house. Ran from Avenue 2/MRT Tracks to Sims Avenue East/Jalan Eunos. I fucked up the recording along Kembangan, but I estimate the whole route to be around 7km. Not very far indeed.
I bought the New Balance R800 Mid-foot Strike shoe for $115.50. My leg still aches. :( I need to do more workouts for my weaker right leg.
